Account Manager – Germany
The Position:
As an Account Manager with Network Instruments, you will be responsible for securing maximum sales volume for company products from customers within the territory to which assigned.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Protect existing business and add new business by calling on current and prospective customers in Federal scope.
- Maintain contacts with customers in relation to their requirements; make company services available to customers.
- Perform missionary work on new products and new accounts, including assistance in writing customer specifications, influencing the placing of orders through proper channels.
- Keep informed on new products and other general information of interest to customers.
- Develop strategy and proposals; secure and renew orders; inform customers of supply and price trends; assist in inventory control; arrange delivery dates and other details of the sale.
- Provide information as required on all aspects of customer satisfaction - product and service conformance to schedule, commercial and technical requirements.
- Maintain product sales program within the territory and in support of market segment programs.
- Keep current on competitive activity.
- Keep records and make reports on all phases of activities: sales forecasting, sales plans, sales calls, and expense accounts.
- Stay abreast of factors that affect the local market and report same.
Qualifications:
- Has a secondary degree in Business or equivalent.
- Has a minimum of 5 years of progressive outside sales experience or equivalent training/experience.
- Has demonstrated skills developing long-term customer partnerships up to and including the C-level (customer acquisition, development, and retention).
- Has strong planning, organizational, and territory management skills.
- Has demonstrated skills in teamwork effectiveness across all functional areas.
- Is a creative, motivated individual with assertive consultative selling, conceptual selling, and negotiation skills.

Electrical Engineer
The Position:
Network Instruments LLC is looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer with 5+ years of implementing high speed FPGA design using VHDL and designing high-speed electronic circuits.
Job Responsibilities:
- Bring cutting edge high-speed FPGA designs from specification to final production
- Define and research components for use in design
- Schematic entry and management using Orcad
- Work with PCB layout designers for layout and checking the board files for correctness
- Bring final design through regulatory testing
The individual must be able to demonstrate the following skills:
- Advanced knowledge of VHDL design and verification
- High speed digital and analog circuit design and troubleshooting

Logistics Coordinator
Purpose:
Sales Order Processing and Invoicing, Order Fulfillment, Data Entry, and Shipping for Network Instruments' Logistics Department.
Responsibilities:
- Review and examine Sales Order documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Process and invoice Sales Orders in Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains.
- Order fulfillment, product licensing, packing and shipping.
- Effectively utilize Salesforce.com, a database, for recording products, licenses and customer information.
- Maintain, organize and archive documents in digital and paper filing systems.
- Provide timely updates to appropriate Sales contacts regarding order completion/shipping status.
- Work closely with and provide backup for the Warehouse Manager as needed.
- Assist with projects as requested.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in order invoicing and data entry.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedural walk-throughs to successfully complete tasks is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are critical.
- Proven ability to identify, research and solve problems as well as meet deadline.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage time is essential.
- Able to work independently as well as in team environments.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains is preferred.

Marketing Communications Coordinator – EMEA
Purpose:
Coordinates comprehensive marketing and communication efforts for EMEA market.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Interface with channel partners on the development and execution of joint marketing activity.
- Coordinate marketing campaign activity. Improve e-mail marketing success.
- Support EMEA sales territory with UK, French and German marketing support and translation.
- Track and report all campaign activity.

Office Manager – EMEA (Kent Office)
Purpose:
Performs a variety of clerical and administrative activities to support staff, ensuring the smooth flow of information and follow up for existing and prospective customers.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities consist of clerical and administrative activities such as:
- Import-Export processing and paperwork for all shipments, including customer orders, RMA returned shipments, and shipments for company internal use.
- Handle letters and email enquiries.
- Complete import-export documentation and resolve all import/export and HM Revenue & Custom queries.
- Verify that all procedures adhere to import-export regulations.
- Maintain and build working relationships with resellers and customers, answering all requests and queries relating to orders via telephone, e-mail and fax.
- Identify and implement operational cost reduction initiatives.
- Basic bookkeeping and VAT administration.
- Examine procedures and recommend appropriate changes to improve operating efficiency.

The Position:
As a Sales Engineer, you will lead the technical portion of the sales process in conjunction with a sales representative and partner. The Sales Engineer is responsible for all product recommendations, technical solutions, and product positioning of a sale.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand product and service requirements. Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.
- Analyzes clients' networks and needs in order to design solutions.
- Conducts presentations on product benefits and technical attributes. Gains customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements.
- Delivers product training to end users and partners.
