VoIP Reporting is fully integrated into the entire Observer product family including web reporting in Observer Suite and the Observer Reporting Server. Through web reporting, engineers can view VoIP performance statistics and call quality scoring from a web browser. These reports can be easily shared across the company and scheduled for automatic e-mail delivery to management.
