Title: PRIMITIVE USED IN WRONG SEQUENCE FARPRINT - 1.30 T_RCVDIS
PRIMITIVE USED IN WRONG SEQUENCE FARPRINT - 1.30 T_RCVDIS
The following error is displayed when FarPRINT is started:
TLI - 4.10 - 0017
PRIMITIVE USED IN WRONG SEQUENCE
FARPRINT - 1.30 T_RCVDIS
We have had reports of this error, but have never been able to reproduce the problem in the Network Instruments lab.
There appears to only be one way to fix this - replace the NIC. Novell tells us that this is the first sign of a failing card. You may argue that "everything" is working fine, but please remember that everything is not working fine, specifically FarPRINT.
We think FarPRINT shows this before anything else because TCP/IP works the NIC harder than IPX, and FarPRINT is probably the only thing using TCP/IP. |
