Title: NIPrint End Of Life Statement

To All NIPrint Users, Dealers and Distributors;

Network Instruments will be discontinuing the NIPrint product line as of March 1st, 2006.

Network Instruments will offer sales of NIPrint to new and existing users for a period of 3 months, ending on June 1st, 2006.

Existing NIPrint users can purchase user count upgrades for a period of 6 months, ending on September 1st, 2006.

Technical support will be provided for existing NIPrint users for a period of 2 years from the last date the product was available for sale (through June 1st, 2008). Although technical support will be provided for this period, development on the product has ended. No additional bug fixes will be provided, and new operating system support will be provided on a best effort basis.
