Note: Prior to contacting Network Instruments, or trying to solve your problem using any of the following support documents, please view document NIPRSUP1001 and collect a trace file for the direction you are tying to print. Often, the trace file will show exactly where the problem is, additionally, the trace file will be required for any support provided by Network Instruments.
