Getting a NIPrint Trace File
To help solve any NIPrint problem, you will need to see the local or remote trace information. You can view the trace information by turning on local or remote tracing from the "Configuration" -> "General Settings" dialog, then check either the "Local print trace" or "Remote print trace". Once this is turned on, you can view the trace windows by selecting either "Help" -> "Local trace.." or "Help" -> "Remote trace..".

The trace information should let you know exactly what is happening.
