Error: Can’t print to NT unless you are administrator
This is caused by a lack of permissions on the directory where NIPrint needs to write a print job. The user does not have rights to write to the ‘Spool’ directory, and thus NIPrint cannot write to the ‘Spool’ directory.

Solution:
In Windows NT Explorer open the ‘WINNT’ folder, then open ‘SYSTEM32’. Highlight and then right click on the ‘Spool’ directory.

Select Properties, then Security, then select permissions. Make ”Everyone” have ”Full Control” to this directory. When ”Everyone” can access this directory, NT will allow NIPrint (controlled by the user) to send print jobs to NT’s Print Manager.
