Using the DEC 21140 Chip Set with NT and the NI Drivers - DOES NOT WORK!

Problem: Using a DEC 21140 based chip set with Network Instruments DEC driver and NT does not work.

If you are using a DEC 21140 based chip set with the Network Instruments DEC_CHIP driver (NETINPCI.SYS) with NT you will find that this does not work. The 21140 chip set is an older chip set, and our driver will only work with Windows 95 or 98.

For Windows NT, you will need to use an adapter with the 21143 chip set.
