Title: Winsock Companion End Of Life Statement

To All Winsock Companion Users, Dealers and Distributors;

Network Instruments will be discontinuing the Winsock Companion product line as of September 1st, 2004.

Network Instruments will offer sales of Winsock Companion to new and existing users for a period of 3 months, ending on December 1st, 2004.

Existing Winsock Companion users can purchase user count upgrades for a period of 6 months, ending on April 1st, 2005.

Technical support will be provided for existing Winsock Companion users for a period of 2 years from the last date the product was available for sale (through April 1st, 2007). Although technical support will be provided for this period, development on the product has ended. No additional bug fixes will be provided, and new operating system support will be provided on a best effort basis.
